On vacation 3 weeks ago and ac and heater went out went to paramount and bought a new thermostat, still need more went to the repair dept and talked to Norm, he said I should take it out (basement type) as he was booked for 2 weeks. The directions he gave me were great and he had it fixed fast and I didn’t feel like I was ripped off. We will go back as needed even if I have to drive 4 hours to get there.
